Finally!

After months of speculation and silence from both parties, Robert Pattinson has reportedly broken his silence and admitted he is dating his Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart.

Speaking to The Sun, he said: “It is extremely difficult but we are together, yes.”

The pair were due to make their first public experience as a couple at Sunday’s Bafta Film Awards, but ultimately arrived separately because of the pandemonium that would likely ensue.

“We can’t arrive at the same time because of the fans. It goes crazy. This was supposed to be a public appearance as a couple but it’s impossible. We are here together and it’s a public event but it’s not easy.

“We have to do all this stuff to avoid attention.”

Romance rumours have surrounded the couple since the vampire flick came out in late 2008.

Ok, let’s keep in mind that this did come from The Sun, so you’re advised to take it with a pinch of salt.

But if it is true, it leads one to ponder… what will the Twi-hards argue about now?

Kristen Stewart & Robert Pattinson snapped leaving the Bafta after-party together

They’re putting the rumours to bed.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have begun legal proceedings against the News of the World, after the tabloid published an article alleging the couple had parted ways.

In January, the paper reported the couple had met with a divorce lawyer to quietly divide their assets, hash out a custody deal and financially provide for their six children, in advance of what was claimed to be a messy separation.

The story – and the various incarnations of breakup rumors that followed – gained traction with mainstream news outlets, fueled by speculation that the duo had not appeared in public since December.

Keith Schilling, the couples London-based lawyer, said: “The News of the World has failed to meet our clients’ reasonable demands for a retraction of and apology for these false and intrusive allegations.”

A statement from Los Angeles attorney Sorrell Trope, who was identified by the NOTW as the divorce lawyer representing Brangelina, denied ever meeting the pair: “I have had no contact from them … Angelina Jolie and/or Brad Pitt. I have never met your … clients or had any involvement with either of them.”

In the meantime, Brad and Angie reaffirmed their relationship status at the Super Bowl yesterday, with very public displays of affection. In other words, heavy duty, damage control.

Ke$ha has made her mark on Hollywood – sort of.

The TiK ToK star posted a viral video on her YouTube page, showing herself and a posse of friends hijacking the infamous Hollywood sign and transforming it to read Ke$hawood.

Armed with gold spray paint, white tarps and an array of fancy dress disguises, the 22-year-old ignores a guards warnings and hops the fence to vandalise the sign.

Shortly after the prank, she twittered: “HwOOD $IgN I$ oFFiciaLLY My bIZnatCH!!!!! Good work2allmyHoTCULpritss!! LOOK AT THE SIGN LA!”

But before you reel in condemnation, the video is nothing more than a hoax, simply ascertaining the starlet has her sights set on dominating the pop world.

According to a spokesperson for the Hollywood Sign Trust, the area is heavily monitored 24 hours a day, which would make it close to impossible for the ladies to get within arm’s reach of the landmark: “First of all, when they run off — that’s a 40 foot drop there. There’s no way they could be running off in heels. it’s very dangerous up there. Secondly, the sign is made of corrugated steel. It has ridges. And you can see what they pretend to be the sign is a completely flat surface.”

If there is anything to be shocked at, it’s her atrocious use of spelling, grammar and all round sentence structure that is truly appalling.

She certainly doesn’t waste her time.

Fresh from her break-up, Reese Witherspoon was spotted dining out with a handsome suitor in Santa Monica, last week, at Italian eatery Locanda Portofino.

The man in question is Jim Toth, a Hollywood talent scout who works for the agency that look after the 33-year-old actress.

A source for People magazine said: “They were very flirtatious throughout dinner. They were having a lot of fun, totally getting along and laughing and talking the whole dinner. Reese seemed very happy. She was smiling all dinner. The mood was upbeat and really good.”

After the two-hour meal, Toth paid the bill and the pair parted with a kiss in the car park. An onlooker told the gossip mag: “Reese reached around his neck and pulled him close for a hug. They kissed bye on the cheek – but it was a very friendly goodbye.”

But was it all business or pleasure?

A source close to the Legally Blonde star claims the dinner was just work, however a friend of Jim’s maintains  it was, “a date,” though, “nothing serious.”

Since her split from actor Jake Gyllenhaal in December, the mother-of-two has been linked to Scot Gerard Butler.

It’s about time we saw Reece with a fella who can reciprocate her, ahem, affections… on account of the bearding and all.

Peter Andre fought back tears during a live TV interview yesterday, after questions about his ex-wife, their children and her new husband left the singer choked up.

During the segment with Sky News presenter Kay Burley, the reality TV star was shown archive footage of Dwight Yorke, the father of Katie Price’s son Harvey, 7, criticising Peter for wanting to adopt the child.

Responding to the clip, the 36-year-old said: “To me, a nice little thank you would be nice. I asked to adopt him because I love him. I didn’t ask to adopt him to be disrespectful. It angers me when people turn around and I get a comment like that.”

Asked how he might feel if Alex Reid wanted to adopt Junior, 4, and Princess, 2, he angrily stated: “‘No one is going to take my kids away from me – nobody. I’m sorry. Nobody is going to take my kids away from me. And I will fight to the death for that. Nobody’s going to take those kids away – I’ll die before I let that happen. It’s not going to happen. I will go to court.”

Andre, who admitted he had no prior knowledge of Price, aka Jordan’s whirlwind wedding to the cage-fighter, cut short the interview and has since cancelled a string of other scheduled appearances.

C’mon now, this is hardly a surprise. It’s Katie Price we’re talking about.

The glamour model has tied the knot with boyfriend of 7-months, cage-fighter Alex Reid in a quickie Las Vegas wedding.

Price, aka Jordan and the 34-year-old Celebrity Big Brother winner exchanged vows in a private ceremony – watched by a select number of family and friends, at the Wynn Hotel on Tuesday afternoon.

Guests also present at the nuptials, included Katie’s publicist, Diana Colbert and the ITV2 camera crew for the 31-year-olds reality show, What Katie Did Next, who were on hand to record the blessed moment for posterity.

The newlyweds said in the statement: “We are very much in love and look forward to the future together. We can’t wait to get back and celebrate our marriage with our friends and family who we know fully support our wishes.”

A spokesman for the pair added: “Their decision to marry has not been made with any pre-conceived commercial plan or media deal in place, and their reason for getting married is purely down to their love for each other.”

Bets are on for the divorce. Put me down for 20 come November… oh, alright then, September. Gosh, I’m such an optimist.

Gosh, last time we checked in on Seymour Plow-Me-More, he had not a care in the world—other than how to nab his latest gay conquest.

Gotta admit, I’ve always liked that about Seymour—he’s like a little kid. He just wants his boy-toys, lots of cookies, his home life with the fake wife and his career…in that order. He’s never really pretended otherwise, unlike so many other grasping, closeted gay stars in this town.

Until now.

Recently, Seymour had an unfortunate incident in his life go down, and it rocked him to his very still-handsome core. So much so, that Mr. Plow-Me-More has taken drastic measures:

Seymour found himself more than a bit put out by this nasty occurrence in his life; he decided it was time to break free from the organization that was most instrumental in his creative zenith and career.

S.P. realized, post-hard knocks, that life’s just too damn short to put up with folks who are trying to micromind your every move, which is what Seymour decided the organization was doing, and most offensively, too.

But get this: The outfit that helped create Mr. P as one of Hollywood’s biggest stars wasn’t havin’ it. No way were they at all agreeable to the notion of releasing Plow-Me-More from their Big-Brother-type biz ways, and that’s the reason they brought out “the files.”

And Seymour knew exactly what this meant.

Message received loud and clear: If Seymour proceeded with his plan to bolt, his former minders would see to it that every media organization within its reach would be enjoying the contents the Seymour Plow-Me-More dossier of debauched gay behavior (is there any other kind, in stupid America’s mind?). Now, keep in mind, these questionably gathered documents on Seymour are as impressively detailed as they are extensive. Pretty damn daunting, all put together.

Which is exactly why Seymour has changed his mind—for now.

I dare say he’ll revert back to his original desire, which is to ditch the goons who keep watch over him and break free. But when?

Dave Matthews, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Stills & Nash are just a handful of artists set to pay tribute to Neil Young at the 2010 MusiCare’s Person of the Year gala, tonight at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Young is being honored for his artistic accomplishments and his philanthropic work with Farm Aid and The Bridge School benefit concerts.

The 64-year-old, musician staged the first Farm Aid concert in 1985, along with Farm Aid board members Willie Nelson and John Mellencam, to raise awareness about the loss of family farms and to raise funds to keep farm families on their land.

Farm Aid is now the longest running benefit concert series in America, celebrating its 25 anniversary this year. Norah Jones, James Taylor, Sheryl Crow and Josh Groban are among the multitude of stars performing at the event.

Daddy is most definitely home.
