Rihanna to testify against Chris Brown
Whether she is willing or not, Robyn ‘Rihanna’ Fenty will be required to take the stand against ex-beau, Chris Brown at a hearing next month.
Fenty’s attorney, Donald Etra, told E! News that the 21-year-old, ‘Umbrella’ star will be called to testify at the June 22 preliminary hearing in the ‘Forever’ singer’s felony assault case.
“The judge advised me that there will be a subpoena for Rihanna as a witness at the preliminary hearing,” Etra said following a morning hearing. “She will definitely comply.”
Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, confirmed that the 19-year-old, R&B star will indeed be present to hear the testimony,“He has to be here anytime a witness is called.”
At the end of the proceeding, the judge will determine whether there is enough evidence for the case to go to trial.
Ooh so the public will finally get to hear Ri-Ri’s version of events, this will be interesting.

The Twilight actor was seen getting intimate with Erika Dutra at the amfAR’s Cinema Against AIDS after-party at the Cannes Film Festival.
“He took pictures of her, sat with her all night, and the two of them were even seen kissing!” a source tells Life & Style.
“There was serious chemistry between them, and they looked like they were having an amazing time. Erika and Robert even left the party together!”
Dutra said of the 23-year-old, “We had a great time together! Rob’s very sweet. He’s even better-looking in person than he is in photographs.”
Perhaps this will put to rest rumours of a romance between Pattinson and co-star Kristen Stewart.

Mike Tyson’s daughter dies in treadmill tragedy
Mike Tyson’s youngest daughter Exodus has died following a tragic accident at her home in Phoenix.
The 4-year-old was put on life support after her mum and brother, 7, found her hanging from a treadmill cord on Monday morning, she was rushed to the nearby St Joseph’s Hospital but passed away the following day.
“Exodus Tyson was pronounced deceased at 11.45 am Tuesday at the hospital,” a rep for the Phoenix Police Department said yesterday.
Our sincerest condolences go out to the Tyson family.
Josh Brolin cheating on Diane Lane?
Josh Brolin is allegedly indulging in a extra-marital affair according to In Touch Weekly.
The ‘Milk’ star, who is married to actress Diane Lane, was spotted “getting cosy” with another woman, identified as Melissa Green in a bar in New Orleans.
41-year-old Brolin is currently on location, filming his new movie ‘Jonah Hex’ and according to witnesses, “Melissa sat in his lap, and they were kissing each other on the mouth. He nibbled her ears and was caressing her. He was tickling her as she wrapped her legs around him.”
After leaving the bar and arriving at another location around 11:30pm, the pair didn’t leave until 7:00am, with Green looking a little embarrassed.

T.I. begins prison sentence
T.I. turned himself into the Arkansas Federal Prison earlier today, where he will begin serving a 366-day sentence stemming from his 2007 arrest for attempting to illegally purchase firearms in Atlanta.
The rapper, 28, treated fans to a farewell concert on Sunday, telling the 16,000 strong crowd: “I’m doing the best I can to get out there, man, and put something positive on these young kids, man.”

27-year-old Lambert had been widely considered the frontrunner from early on in the season, where he dazzled audiences and the show’s judges with his powerhouse vocals and dramatic flair. However he maintains he is unfazed by the loss,“For me it’s not really about what happened tonight, it’s about tomorrow.”
If rumours are true, then Lambert is in talks to tour with Kiss, and can anyone say Jennifer Hudson. There, there Glambert, just goes to show first place isn’t the everything, not all Idol rejects fall into to obscurity (just 99.5% of them).
