Robert Pattinson confirms he’s dating Kristen Stewart
Finally!
After months of speculation and silence from both parties, Robert Pattinson has reportedly broken his silence and admitted he is dating his Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart.
Speaking to The Sun, he said: “It is extremely difficult but we are together, yes.”
The pair were due to make their first public experience as a couple at Sunday’s Bafta Film Awards, but ultimately arrived separately because of the pandemonium that would likely ensue.
“We can’t arrive at the same time because of the fans. It goes crazy. This was supposed to be a public appearance as a couple but it’s impossible. We are here together and it’s a public event but it’s not easy.
“We have to do all this stuff to avoid attention.”
Romance rumours have surrounded the couple since the vampire flick came out in late 2008.
Ok, let’s keep in mind that this did come from The Sun, so you’re advised to take it with a pinch of salt.
But if it is true, it leads one to ponder… what will the Twi-hards argue about now?

Katie Price weds Alex Reid
C’mon now, this is hardly a surprise. It’s Katie Price we’re talking about.
The glamour model has tied the knot with boyfriend of 7-months, cage-fighter Alex Reid in a quickie Las Vegas wedding.
Price, aka Jordan and the 34-year-old Celebrity Big Brother winner exchanged vows in a private ceremony – watched by a select number of family and friends, at the Wynn Hotel on Tuesday afternoon.
Guests also present at the nuptials, included Katie’s publicist, Diana Colbert and the ITV2 camera crew for the 31-year-olds reality show, What Katie Did Next, who were on hand to record the blessed moment for posterity.
The newlyweds said in the statement: “We are very much in love and look forward to the future together. We can’t wait to get back and celebrate our marriage with our friends and family who we know fully support our wishes.”
A spokesman for the pair added: “Their decision to marry has not been made with any pre-conceived commercial plan or media deal in place, and their reason for getting married is purely down to their love for each other.”
Bets are on for the divorce. Put me down for 20 come November… oh, alright then, September. Gosh, I’m such an optimist.
Zac Efron & Vanessa Hudgens play house
Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens are reportedly house-hunting.
The High School Musical stars, who have been dating since 2006, are set on living together when Hudgens returns from filming her latest film Sucker Punch in Canada.
According to In Style, a source close to the pair said: “When Vanessa was apart from Zac while filming her upcoming movies Beastly and Sucker Punch, she realised how much she missed him and loved being around him all the time.
“When she got back to LA, she told him she wanted them to move in together.”
Yeah. It’s a slow news day.
Dannii Minogue is going to be a mummy
Dannii Minogue is expecting her first baby with boyfriend and former rugby league player, Kris Smith, 31.
The X Factor judge, who is due in July, made the announcement via her Twitter page: “Woo hoo I’m going to be a mummy!”
A spokesperson for the star confirmed the news: “Dannii and Kris are very excited and can’t wait to start their family in 2010.”
Dannii’s pop star sister, Kylie, expressed her excitement on Twitter, saying: “OMG OMG OMG Perfect!!!! So happy!!! A new Minogue!”
Rumours about the pregnancy began last week when the couple, who met in 2008 during a holiday in Ibiza, were spotted emerging from a hospital in Melbourne. However, Minogue, 38, did not confirm the news as she was yet to have a 12-week scan.
The news adds to speculation that Dannii may not return as an X Factor judge this year, amid reports Simon Cowell is keen to have weekly guest judges when the show returns in August.
That’s going to be one good-looking baba. Congrats!
End of the road for Nicole Scherzinger & Lewis Hamilton
Another one bites the dust.
Lewis Hamilton and Nicole Scherzinger have called time on their relationship after two-years together.
In a joint statement, a spokesman for the pair said: “They have decided to go their separate ways. They want to focus fully on their careers and will remain close friends.”
While rumours of an impending split have been swirling for some time, a friend of the duo expressed surprise at the split to the Daily Mirror: “It’s sad because they did love each other. When you saw them trackside together they were always laughing and Nicole would give him a little peck on the cheek before the race. But they had to be realistic.
“There was no way they would continue their careers and stay together – it was too stressful. No one else is involved – their careers just got in the way.”
Both parties reportedly spent a month apart before finally calling it quits. With the 31-year-old singer residing in Los Angeles and the 25-year-old Formula One champion based in Switzerland, the long-distance is thought to have put a strain on the relationship.

Wedding bells for Michael Buble & Luisana Lopilato
He’s off the market ladies.
Michael Bublé is due to tie the knot with girlfriend Luisana Loreley Lopilato de la Torre.
The Haven’t Met You Yet singers rep, Liz Rosenberg, confirmed the news revealing the 34-year-old popped the question two months ago: “Michael proposed to his girlfriend, Luisana, in November, in front of her family in Argentina. They’re ecstatic. They’re adorable, in love and laugh all day long.”
According to a friend of the couple, the Canadian-born star presented 22-year-old, Luisana with a diamond ring – the setting of which “he designed himself,” from Vancouver jewellers Minichiello.
The pair, who are yet to set a date for the wedding, met at a party his record company threw for the crooner following his concert in Buenos Aires in November 2008, the friend continued: “The head of the label wanted to introduce Michael to Argentina’s most famous actress. When he met her, he said it was love at first sight.”
Of their first meeting, the singer admitted not all went to plan: “I don’t speak Spanish and she had no English, but the guy [she was with] did so I just spoke to him.
“I was a bit nervous because of how beautiful she was. I later found out she was on the phone to her mother the whole time saying, ‘Bublé is gay. He’s hitting on my friend.'”
Prior to this engagement, Bublé dated The Devil Wears Prada actress Emily Blunt for more than two years before parting ways in 2008. He was also engaged to longtime girlfriend, singer and actress Debbie Timuss but split with her in November 2005.

Britney Spears dumps Jason Trawick over cheating claims?
Once again, her love life seems to resemble a circus.
Britney Spears has reportedly called it quits with rumoured fiancé and manager Jason Trawick following allegations of infidelity.
The couple are said to be on a trial split after the Radar singer was ‘distraught’ to learn 37-year-old Trawick had been flirting with two women at LA bar the Roger Rooms. Fellow patron Ella Davis, told the Daily Mirror: “Jason left the bar with two bottles of water – and a stunning girl who looked like Britney did five years ago. He had his arms around her and they looked extremely comfortable in each other’s company.”
Upon hearing the claims the 28-year-old starlet is thought to have holed-up in the Mondrian hotel and dyed her locks black – a symbolic representation of her mood.
A source close to Spears added: “This isn’t the first time Britney has been let down by the man in her life. LA is a small town for those in the know and Jason’s antics didn’t take long to filter through to her. It was the last straw. She was absolutely gutted and feels betrayed.”
This is the latest in a long line of romantic disasters for the former Disney star. Her 2006 marriage to Jason Alexander lasted just 55 hours while her marriage to dancer Kevin Federline also ended in tears – and divorce.

Rihanna dating LA Dodger
It’s a new year and a new man for Rihanna.
The 21-year-old was snapped frolicking in a hot tub with Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Matt Kemp, at a luxury resort in Cabo San Lucas, yesterday.
According to HollywoodLife.com, the 25-year-old baseball star accompanied the Russian Roulette singer to Abu Dhabi, where she performed at the Emirates Palace on New Years Eve, before jetting off to Mexico. Onlookers said: “[They] couldn’t keep their hands off of each other,” adding that once back on their patio the pair “kept kissing while gazing out over the ocean.”
And from the way Kemp has described his ideal woman, it sounds as though Rihanna is a perfect match for him,
“Independent, pretty and got to have good teeth too,” he told Yahoo! Sports in September. “That’s the most part, independent. Somebody who can go off and do their own thing and not have to worry about me all the time.”
The relationship is one of the first for Ri-Ri, who has previously been linked to actor Tristan Wilds and rapper Drake, since separating from former beau Chris Brown, 10 months ago.

Rihanna bares all for GQ
Rihanna let go of her inhibitions and apparently her clothes, as she poses topless for the January cover of GQ magazine.
In one her most revealing interviews yet, the 21-year-old singer opens-up about ex-boyfriend Chris Brown and the aftermath of her domestic violence incident.
On why she’s speaking out now: “It’s relieving, because it was built up for so long, and all these thoughts and emotions have been running through my mind for the past eight months and now it’s like I finally get to let go and move on. I wanted to move on. And I knew that was the only way I could have done it and I wanted people to move on with me. ‘Cause the last big thing they know about me is That Night. And I don’t want that to be what people define me as.”
On who helped her through the ordeal: “Nobody. I didn’t really want to be around anybody, for them to stare at me and stuff, and feel sorry for me. So I just — I stayed in the house a lot. Then I started to get cabin fever. I was like, I’m going crazy in here.”
On the biggest lesson she learnt: “Love is blind. It took a lot of strength to pull out of that relationship, to finally just officially cut it off. It was like night and day. It was two different worlds. It was the world I lived for two years, and then having the strength to say, ‘I’m gonna step into my own world. Start over.'”
On her message to women in abusive relationships: “Stop blaming yourself for that outcome, there’s nothing you can do, ever, to excuse a man’s behavior like that.”
On a friendship with Chris Brown: “Maybe in like ten years, but it’s not something that I’m depending on. I’m not depending on his friendship.”
Hmm, the Russian Roulette singer doesn’t seem too fond of apparel these days…In the words of L.A. Reid: “Rihanna, put some f*cking clothes on!”

Woman rushed to hospital from Tiger Woods’ home
The domestic drama engulfing Tiger Woods has taken a new twist.
Reports are surfacing of a “middle-aged, blonde woman” taken from the golfers’ Florida home “on advanced life support” after the emergency services recieved a call at 2.26 am.
A blonde woman in a black SUV, similar to that of Woods’ vehicle, followed the ambulance to the Heath Central Hospital – the same place that Tiger was treated the night of his accident.
Elin Nordegren’s sister and mother are believed to have been staying in the Woods home since the saga began.
The identity of the woman has not been confirmed.
This story is just getting sadder…
