Rihanna dating LA Dodger
It’s a new year and a new man for Rihanna.
The 21-year-old was snapped frolicking in a hot tub with Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Matt Kemp, at a luxury resort in Cabo San Lucas, yesterday.
According to HollywoodLife.com, the 25-year-old baseball star accompanied the Russian Roulette singer to Abu Dhabi, where she performed at the Emirates Palace on New Years Eve, before jetting off to Mexico. Onlookers said: “[They] couldn’t keep their hands off of each other,” adding that once back on their patio the pair “kept kissing while gazing out over the ocean.”
And from the way Kemp has described his ideal woman, it sounds as though Rihanna is a perfect match for him,
“Independent, pretty and got to have good teeth too,” he told Yahoo! Sports in September. “That’s the most part, independent. Somebody who can go off and do their own thing and not have to worry about me all the time.”
The relationship is one of the first for Ri-Ri, who has previously been linked to actor Tristan Wilds and rapper Drake, since separating from former beau Chris Brown, 10 months ago.

Rihanna bares all for GQ
Rihanna let go of her inhibitions and apparently her clothes, as she poses topless for the January cover of GQ magazine.
In one her most revealing interviews yet, the 21-year-old singer opens-up about ex-boyfriend Chris Brown and the aftermath of her domestic violence incident.
On why she’s speaking out now: “It’s relieving, because it was built up for so long, and all these thoughts and emotions have been running through my mind for the past eight months and now it’s like I finally get to let go and move on. I wanted to move on. And I knew that was the only way I could have done it and I wanted people to move on with me. ‘Cause the last big thing they know about me is That Night. And I don’t want that to be what people define me as.”
On who helped her through the ordeal: “Nobody. I didn’t really want to be around anybody, for them to stare at me and stuff, and feel sorry for me. So I just — I stayed in the house a lot. Then I started to get cabin fever. I was like, I’m going crazy in here.”
On the biggest lesson she learnt: “Love is blind. It took a lot of strength to pull out of that relationship, to finally just officially cut it off. It was like night and day. It was two different worlds. It was the world I lived for two years, and then having the strength to say, ‘I’m gonna step into my own world. Start over.'”
On her message to women in abusive relationships: “Stop blaming yourself for that outcome, there’s nothing you can do, ever, to excuse a man’s behavior like that.”
On a friendship with Chris Brown: “Maybe in like ten years, but it’s not something that I’m depending on. I’m not depending on his friendship.”
Hmm, the Russian Roulette singer doesn’t seem too fond of apparel these days…In the words of L.A. Reid: “Rihanna, put some f*cking clothes on!”

Rihanna’s got a new man
Has Rihanna got a new beau?
According to the New York Daily News, the Russian Roulette singer is hooking-up with 90210 actor Tristan Wilds.
Rumours began to swirl when 20-year-old, Wilds arrived at a private party at the R&B stars Los Angeles home. A fellow guest said: “No one knew why Tristan was there initially, because it was not an industry party — it was very intimate, but everyone quickly realised they weren’t meeting for the first time, because they were openly affectionate for everyone to see.”
And Rihanna already seems taken to the actor, the source continued: “She likes him a lot, and it shows. From the moment he walked into her party, Rihanna lit up.”
Well, let’s just hope this story has a happier, violent-free ending…
Kanye West apologises to Taylor Swift on Jay Leno
He’s eating his words now.
Following widespread condemnation by celebrities and the general population alike for his impromptu rant at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, Kanye West has issued not one, but three apologies to Taylor Swift via his blog and now the Jay Leno show.
The 32-year-old rapper was booked on the chat-show along with Jay-Z and Rihanna to perform their current single ‘Run This Town’ but asked if he could say a few words beforehand.
On the verge of tears, West struggled to keep his composure when Jay asked what his mother, who died two years ago, would have thought about his behaviour, he said: “My hurt caused someone else’s hurt. After this, I need to take time off and work out how I’m going to deal with this for the rest of my life.”

Chris Brown video apology over Rihanna incident
Chris Brown has apologised publicly for the first time about the domestic altercation that took place between him and former girlfriend, Rihanna earlier this year.
In the video clip, the R&B singer speaks directly to the camera, expressing his ‘deepest regret’ following his actions which left the ‘Umbrella’ star with facial contusions back in February.
“I’ve told Rihanna countless times and I’m telling you today, I’m truly, truly sorry that I wasn’t able to handle the situation both differently and better,” Brown said.
Last month, the 20-year-old pleaded guilty to one count of felony assault. The ‘Forever’ singer will attend anger-management courses, seek therapy and perform community labor as a result of his plea deal.

Kanye West and Amber Rose Split-up
After weeks of speculation, Kanye West has confirmed he has split from girlfriend Amber Rose
His rep substantiated: “They are no longer a couple.”
Whispers of a break-up first surfaced in May following stories of the ex-stripper allegedly cheating on the ‘Love Lockdown’ singer with rapper Cassidy.
Rose hit back at the rumours via her Twitter account: “I do NOT know Cassity personally I met him for the first and only time at a charity softball game. THAT’S IT!”
West, who celebrated his 33rd birthday on Monday, has since been linked to ‘Umbrella’ star Rihanna.
Err…I think the fact that Ms Rose is unsure about the spelling of her undercover lover might mean she’s telling the truth…that or she never won the Spelling Bee…
Rihanna to testify against Chris Brown
Whether she is willing or not, Robyn ‘Rihanna’ Fenty will be required to take the stand against ex-beau, Chris Brown at a hearing next month.
Fenty’s attorney, Donald Etra, told E! News that the 21-year-old, ‘Umbrella’ star will be called to testify at the June 22 preliminary hearing in the ‘Forever’ singer’s felony assault case.
“The judge advised me that there will be a subpoena for Rihanna as a witness at the preliminary hearing,” Etra said following a morning hearing. “She will definitely comply.”
Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, confirmed that the 19-year-old, R&B star will indeed be present to hear the testimony,“He has to be here anytime a witness is called.”
At the end of the proceeding, the judge will determine whether there is enough evidence for the case to go to trial.
Ooh so the public will finally get to hear Ri-Ri’s version of events, this will be interesting.
Olivia Wilde tops Maxim’s Hot 100
‘House’ star Olivia Wilde claimed the top spot on Maxim’s annual Hot 100 list.
The 25-year-old edged out beauties Megan Fox and Bar Rafaeli to reign supreme.
But the ‘Transformers’ star isn’t bitter about landing second place, telling GQ magazine, “[Olivia] is so sexy she makes me want to strangle a mountain ox with my bare hands.”

Rihanna nude photos leaked
Rihanna is once again embroiled in scandal as nude photos, allegedly of the star, have surfaced on the web.
The images, which have seemingly been taken by the ‘Umbrella’ singer on a camera phone, show what appears to be the 21-year-old in various states of undress. But since the more racy shots do not show Rihanna, real name Robyn Fenty’s face, there is doubt the snaps are actually of her.
Ex-beau, Chris Brown, has been accused of being behind the leak, however the 19-year-old denies any involvement.
Unsurprisingly, Ri-Ri is reportedly devastated by the leak and has flown to Hawaii to escape the scrutiny.
Hmm, perhaps Cassie should join her.

Rihanna’s tattoo spelt wrong
Rihanna’s new tattoo, etched on her hip by New York artist BangBang is spelt wrong according to Sanskrit expert, Mark Fielden.
The ink-work is taken from Gita, a holy Hindu Sanskrit scripture means “forgiveness, honesty, suppression and control”.
But Fielden says it is “incorrectly written.”
O.M.G. how embarrassing, she’s going to feel sooo stupid when she attends all those ancient text conventions.
